​Through a variety of activities that involve reading, writing, speaking and listening, students will discover basic French communication skills. They will be able to present themselves, hold a simple conversation in the present tense. Vocabulary themes include going out for events, dining at a restaurant, meals and food items, directions, clothing and shopping, and Parisian activities. Culture will be also an integral part of this course to enhance understanding and appreciation of the French speaking world. ​
