Join us for a healing sound bath with Lisa White Butler, a dedicated member and owner of Sunflower Reiki Healing. Lisa will be leading us in a restorative meditation with the use of sound bowls.
In this session, you will be guided through the calming tones and gentle vibrations of crystal sound bowls. These pure, resonant sounds help quiet the mind, ease tension, and encourage deep relaxation. No experience is needed -- simply get comfortable and let the soothing waves of sound support your body and mind.
Yoga mats and blankets will be available , or feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.
